Band

Pioneer School Band will be using a free text messaging service called 

“Remind 101” as an added way to communicate with parents. This program 

allows us to send text messages updates/reminders to parents who have 

signed up for the program. These messages will come from the office 

and not individual teachers.  You cannot reply to the messages as they 

are for information purposes only. If you would like to sign up for this service 

please text to (587)409-5915 the applicable message below

Grade 8  -   Band@bandgrad

You will then receive a message asking for your name, please be sure to reply 

with your full name as that is what will appear on our contact list. If you have 

signed up for this service through another school, it may not ask you for this information.

The Rocky Band Parents has an excellent website for all Band Students to access. https://www.charmsoffice.com/

 Click on the LOGIN bar at the top right corner, then on the page that comes up under PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS enter rockybandparents where it asks for your school code. It would be a good idea to bookmark this page.

You and the students will now have access to a public calendar and a file with handouts. In the handouts there is a Pioneer file and a Grade 6 file. Students can access recordings of their Honour Band Music, an Honour Band Schedule and even a blank practice record.

Grade 7 to 12 also use this website to track Fundraisers and events and keep track of their Band credits.
